The only official ticket sales channels are www.realmadrid.com and www.entradas.com where tickets may be purchased for matches involving the Real Madrid first team, both men’s and women’s, basketball and Real Madrid Castilla.
We would like to remind you of the importance of purchasing tickets solely through official channels, as the Club is not responsible for, and will not address, any incident that may occur in relation to tickets obtained through unofficial channels.
Tickets will not be sold by telephone for any event or match.

You will be informed during the purchase process of how to get your tickets. Once you have completed your purchase, it’s very important to read the confirmation email carefully, explaining how to download your tickets.

Ticket exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
TICKET PURCHASE FOR CLUB MEMBERS
Any club member can buy a ticket with the relevant discount, subject to availability, within the established deadlines. This ticket is individual and non-transferable
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR TICKET SALES?
The general sale tickets for groups (season ticket holders, non-season ticket holders, Madridista Premium members and the general public) for the first team football (men’s and women’s) and basketball will be displayed on the website in the section www.realmadrid.com/entradas.
For Real Madrid Castilla matches, tickets will be sold strictly to Real Madrid members.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT ON TICKET PRICES?
There are various discounts for both football and basketball.
The information on the website https://www.realmadrid.com/en/tickets for each competition and match will contain information on the prices for each group (SEASON TICKET HOLDER MEMBERS, NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDER MEMBERS, MADRIDISTA PREMIUM CARD MEMBERS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC).
FROM WHAT AGE MUST A TICKET BE PAID FOR?
Art 17 RD 203/2010. All persons accessing a sports venue must be in possession of a ticket or valid entry ticket.
WHY IS AN UNCONFIRMED DATE AND TIME GIVEN?
Some tickets go on sale without a confirmed date and time.
The date and time of the matches will be confirmed by the corresponding organisation (LIGA DE FÚTBOL PROFESIONAL, UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, LIGA ENDESA, EUROLEAGUE AND RFEF).

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment for tickets can be made by credit and debit card.
Credit and debit cards must be compliant with the European PSD2 directive with the 3D SECURE protocol.
Any card that is not compliant with the European PSD2 directive with the 3D SECURE protocol will not be accepted for payment.

It is forbidden to enter with bulky objects, children’s buggies, suitcases that could become an obstacle in the event of an evacuation.
Entry with a motorbike helmet is permitted, to which end the holder will be asked to show their ID card upon entry.

PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Any spectator with reduced mobility who requires the use of a wheelchair must enter the areas of the venues designated for this purpose. They may be refused entry to the venue if, despite being in possession of a valid access document, they do not have access to the designated area.
