Taxis from Barcelona Airport take approximately 20 – 25 minutes to travel into the city centre from T2 and 25 – 30 minutes from T1. They have a minimum payment. If you are travelling individually or in a pair you may find it just as easy to take the Airport express bus (Aerobus) – it takes the same amount of time to travel into the city and is far cheaper than a taxi. However, if you are travelling in a larger group a taxi journey may prove to be just as cheap as a journey on the Aerobus.

How to book a transfer from Barcelona airport.
To order a transfer, you need to contact us in any way convenient for you – by e-mail, phone, chat on the site, and tell us the following data:
- Surname and name to be indicated on the plate when meeting at the airport.
- Flight number and date.
- Number of passengers and baggage.
- Destination address.
- Mobile phone number activated upon arrival in Barcelona.
- The need to provide a baby carriage or any other wishes.
As soon as possible, our employee will contact you and confirm the order. Payment is made via Pay Pal, bank transfer or cash at the airport.
How passengers are met upon arrival
Upon arrival at Barcelona airport, our driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name or company name. Having met you, the driver will help you carry your luggage and hand luggage to the car and then load it.
We track your flight arrival so you don’t have to worry if your flight is delayed or cancelled. The transfer order is saved and will be executed upon the arrival of the aircraft in Barcelona. We also take into account that upon arrival you need to go through passport and customs control, as well as collect your luggage.
Rules of carriage and our priorities
- A pre-declared number of passengers is allowed for carriage
- short stops are allowed along the route of the car without changing the route. Additional stops with a change of route (pick up of other passengers, purchase of goods in a store, etc.) are paid additionally from 10 euros per stop.
- no smoking in the car
- the cost of transportation at night from 23.00 to 6.00 + 20% of the published rates.
