Aging is characterized by the development of persistent pro-inflammatory responses that promote multiple age-dependent diseases. The aging brain is also vulnerable to inflammation, as demonstrated by the high prevalence of age-associated cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s dementia (AD), where human genetics implicate disrupted innate immune responses in its development. We…

ProudfootSir William Dunn School of Pathology, University of Oxford UK“Nascent transcription and coupled RNA processing of human protein coding and long noncoding genes”Host: Juan ValcárcelAbstract:We have developed technology to characterise nascent transcription synthesised by RNA polymerase II in human cell lines. Using the POINT-seq procedure (Sousa-Luis et al. Mol Cell 2021; doi.org/10.1016/j.molcel.2021.02.034) we show that protein coding (pc) and long noncoding (lnc) transcripts are synthesised and processed distinctly. This leads to rapid splicing of pc gene transcripts (pre-mRNA) or…

GilbertLaboratory of Chromosome Replication and Epigenome Regulation, San Diego Biomedical Research Institute, CA, USA”Regulation of Replication Timing and Chromosome Architecture”Host: Roderic GuigóAbstract:The mammalian genome is replicated in a defined temporal sequence during S phase of each cell cycle known as the replication timing program. Since chromatin is assembled at the replication fork, and different types of chromatin are assembled at different times, replication timing is positioned to be central to maintenance or alteration of chromatin states. We have found that replication timing is a highly stable cell-type…

Small molecules are channeled through metabolic pathways at blistering speed. Giant complexes assemble to orchestrate transcription and translation. ATP fuels the active transport of organelles along microtubules, and actin networks drive membrane remodeling and agitate the cytoplasm. All of this occurs within a crowded cell interior that approaches the physical limits where molecular jamming and…

Nutrition
traffic lights and route indicators.
Relay
panel is powered by
installations up to 140 hands, which corresponds to
supply of 150-160 traffic lights.
Nutrition
track chains is produced
alternating current voltage 220 V
through an isolation transformer.
Possibility of powering track circuits
directly from supply feeders,
if the voltage applied to the relay
panel, and AC power
do not have grounding neutral wire
(the latter is required by the conditions
the safety of operating personnel).
In this case, the relay board
install jumpers K24-1
and
K25-1;
K24-2 and
K25-2;
K24-3 and
K25-3.
With autonomous
traction and electric traction of trains
DC track circuits
they are usually powered from one phase. From
calculation of the power supply of all track circuits
from one phase is made and type selection
TS transformer. Food rail
circuits from one phase makes it possible
protect track circuits from coming off
insulating joints.
At stations with
number of arrows up to 50 with autonomous
traction trains as an insulating
transformer for power rail
circuits, a 2T transformer is used,
not used to power signals.
For EC posts, which include more than
50 arrows, install special
transformer outside the relay panel.
The type and power of the transformer determine
calculation and point to skeletal
power supply diagrams.
Food rail
circuits with a frequency of 25 Hz is produced from
special panels, voltage on
which comes directly from
introductory panel.
Transmitter
relay for coded track circuits
in the presence of a transformer, the vehicle receives
power supply from relay panel terminals K
18-4 and
K
18-2. At
absence of transformer TS
transmitter relays are powered by
separate transformer ZT
s
terminals K17-3,
K16-3.
Food
arrow control circuits. Relay
panels depending on their type
allow for food
control chains arrows as with
battery and batteryless
systems.
With a block system
centralization with pointer trigger
pointer control relays
type KM-3000 powered by
individual
transformers type SKT-1, located
in switch starting blocks, and
consume 9.5 W of power at voltage
127 V or 7 W at 220 V.
At
battery circuit and accident
alternating current pointer control
relays receive alternating current voltage
125 V from converters like PO-550 AF,
operating from a working battery voltage
220 V. One converter type PO-550 AF
for redundant control power supply
arrow chains can be applied on
stations with a number of turnout switches
no more than 58 or with the number of arrows up to 80.
With a larger number of switch switches
install a second converter
PO-550 AF. Parallel connection of two
load converters
power supply is allowed
control transformers should
be performed separately for two groups
shooter (power wires SHKS,
10HKS and
2PCX,
20 XKQ .
Converters
PO-550 AF are not included in the set of panels and
ordered separately.
Nutrition
scoreboard lamps. Lamps
boards are powered by a step-down

24 V (220/24 V, 50 A). To decrease brightness

panel of the power circuit of the lamps of the APC blocks
divided into two parts and connected
to feed 1KSH,
1KSH1, 2KSH, 2KSH1. Bulbs
APC blocks normally from the transformer
disconnected by relay contacts 1KS,
2KS. At
the need to control the work
APC blocks by pressing one of the two
specially installed buttons
power is supplied to the appropriate
group of APC blocks.
Unlike
relay panel electrical
relay panel centralization
hump centralization can be carried out
isolation control of three batteries:
control, moderators and ARS.
HAC control battery connected
directly to the alarm
retarder batteries and ARS – through
toggle switch. Ground control
of these batteries is produced serially
connecting the negative pole with
switch to terminal “-24” signaling device
grounding.
Control
power supply ground signaling
traffic lights, route signs and
track circuits is also carried out
through toggle switches. Fine
toggle switches must be
in position controlling the power circuit
traffic lights. Shuttle power supply chains,
pointers from the transformer 2T
and
track circuits are controlled in turn.
