- In an oven preheated to 180°C, heat a little olive oil in a frying pan. Add the pieces of Maestro Cereale and stir to absorb the oil.
- Cook the bread slices for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are lightly golden.
Chop the fennel and soak it in a little lemon juice and olive oil so that it doesn’t lose its color. - Chop cucumber and dried and fresh tomatoes. Finely chop the onion into rings.
- Place the fennel, onion rings, cucumbers, lettuce, olives and tomatoes in a large bowl and mix well. Add salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar. Garnish with golden pieces of Maestro Cereale.
