Port of Barcelona is a very visited place. There are many international conferences, international regattas and other events. And in general, coming here for a walk is a real pleasure.

Finding the port of Barcelona will not be difficult even for a tourist – it is located almost at the very center of the city. But, despite this statement, it is best to go to it not on foot, but by transport, since the distance is still significant.

By train to Port of Barcelona

If the departure point is Sants train station or airport, public transport is the best option. Out of airport runs train with a direct route: to the Sants station of the station itself, from where you need to take the metro to the Estación Drassanes station (the cost of a single ticket is 2. 00 euros).

To the Port of Barcelona by bus

An alternative option is the city bus from Plaza de Colón to the end of las Ramblas. If you wish, at the Drassanes station you can see the statue of the great Columbus , erected on the square of the same name.

Not far from the square itself there is a stop from which every 15-20 minutes buses depart to the port (the cost of a single ticket is 2.00 euros). The bridge, on which the bus will travel, connects the city itself with the Adosado pier, where cruise ships are parked.

To the Port of Barcelona by taxi

If the choice is taxi , then the road from Colon Square to the pier itself will be 8 euros. And if it starts from the airport, the price will increase to 30 euros, and the time – up to 30-35 minutes.

Even those who have rented a car will find a convenient offer – at the pier, near each of the 4 terminals, there is a parking lot.
