Pros and cons of the Barcelona sightseeing bus

How does the Barcelona sightseeing bus work?

The Barcelona Tour Bus will help you get to know the city in a very comfortable environment. The bus travels on several routes and allows you to see almost all the main attractions of Barcelona.

Barcelona Bus Turistic – double-decker, on the second floor of the bus you can also ride with the breeze.

The location of the city makes the main attractions of Barcelona far from each other. Even if you try to stay in the city center, most likely you will not be able to walk to many attractive sites, you will need a sightseeing bus.

Bas Touristik Barcelona is a very successful and growing company operating worldwide.

Barcelona Bus Turistic has received so many enthusiastic responses that almost all major European cities have similar ones.

The company is rapidly developing and introducing new and new routes. In Russia, similar buses have recently appeared in St. Petersburg and Moscow. It is possible that popular sightseeing buses will soon be on the streets of your city, and it all started in Barcelona.

Keep in mind that there are always huge queues at the box office. To avoid them, we advise you to buy tickets in advance via the Internet here.

Barcelona Sightseeing Bus System

This bus would not be so popular if it were not for the opportunity to see most of the most interesting sights of the city for a small amount and for a limited time. Even if you buy a ticket for one day, you will be able to see a lot with the help of the Barcelona sightseeing bus.

The undoubted advantage of the Barcelona sightseeing bus is the fact that it stops next to the attraction you need and at the same place you can get back on the sightseeing bus and continue exploring the city. For example, we got out near the Sagrada Familia, took a walk, got on a sightseeing bus and ended up at Park Güell, then we swept up the hill of Montjuic.

Barcelona Bus Turistic offers three routes, it is worth considering that you buy a ticket for any of them, which means you can ride to different parts of the city on a single bus ticket. On the site you can download a detailed map of any route of the Barcelona sightseeing bus and familiarize yourself with it.

Pros and cons of the Barcelona sightseeing bus

  1. Buses run every 15 minutes and stop near the monument.
  2. The second floor of the sightseeing bus offers an amazing view of the city.
  3. There is a sound guide in Russian in every sightseeing bus.
  4. Barcelona Bus Turistic will also allow you to save money on visiting cafes, museums, the booklet that you will be given along with the bus ticket contains discount coupons.

There are still some disadvantages in such a tour of the city:

  1. The bus ticket is expensive.
  2. Another minus is time, if you get stuck in a traffic jam, you can stand for an hour, and if you don’t get to the second floor of the sightseeing bus, then you will lose your view.

These disadvantages are practically not important if you have a child with you or you do not like to walk.

It can be difficult to buy tickets for a sightseeing bus, no one canceled the queue here.

The high season guarantees a large number of people who want to ride on the sightseeing bus, buy tickets online, cheaper and faster, real savings of about 3 euros.
